Occupational therapist Terrica Weatherford started No Limits Pediatric Therapies in 2016 to champion an inclusive community in Northwest Arkansas.
Providing pediatric occupational, physical, speech and feeding therapies to children at No Limits, Terrica added to her offerings by later opening Unbridled Pediatric Therapies, the first hippotherapy practice in its region.
After completing comprehensive management training, Terrica experienced tremendous growth at both locations.
She was thrilled but faced a significant challenge: How to upgrade the online presence of both practices to measure up to their brick-and-mortar counterparts?
For that reason, Terrica reached out to Uplift Marketing to elevate the No Limits and Unbridled brands and make them the go-to practices in her community. We were happy to help.

Terrica told us she was and still is “shocked” by Uplift Marketing’s results. These include:
- Unbridled rocketing from being practically invisible online to showing up in the top three Google search results 98% of the time!

Our Strategy: Extreme Online Makeover
How did we achieve this level of growth? Our process began with a thorough interview of Terrica to understand her vision and practice goals. To establish why the practices’ online visibility was poor in key areas, we did a comprehensive marketing analysis of her marketing including a deep dive into the practice websites, local SEO, online presence and more. Once we had all the information, we formulated a strategy to bring Terrica’s objectives to fruition.
Based on our pediatric industry experience and best marketing practices, we took a three-pronged approach to the project as follows:
Step 1: Create a Showcase Website for Each Practice
The original No Limits website hadn’t been updated since 2016. Terrica felt it was “horrible” and a degrade to her brand. Unbridled had no website at all, which meant it was invisible to online searchers.
To remedy the situation, we created showcase websites for both practices. Each site consisted of custom, professional content and state-of-the-art design that perfectly represented their unique brands. These became the central hub for all of Terrica’s future marketing efforts and helped establish her presence in her community. Step 2: Boost Local Online Visibility with SEO Best Practices
Local SEO drives a brick and mortar company’s search engine rankings. Done right, it can push a company to the top of Google search results. That’s why Uplift implemented a custom local SEO strategy for both practices. First, we performed standard actions to ensure their Google Business Profiles were accurate and complete and then created a substantial quantity of SEO-optimized content to increase their online exposure.
Step 3. Launch a Content Marketing Campaign to Position the Practice as a Thought Leader
Once we established each practice’s online presence, we launched a content marketing campaign to keep No Limits in touch with its client base while strengthening her digital footprint. Blog articles were created and posted on the No Limits website. Here are two of the blog articles we created for the practice:
The Outcome: Across-the-Board Transformation
The practices’ extreme makeover, including two showcase websites, comprehensive local SEO for both practices and an effective content marketing campaign produced these dramatic results:
1. Calls from Google Profile Increase of 66%
Incoming calls to No Limits from Google searches skyrocketed, as you can see in the graph below:
2. Website Traffic Increase of 166%
In addition to a new high volume of inbound leads, No Limits also experienced a 166% increase in visitors to its site.
3. Online Visibility Rockets to 98%
One key metric we monitored was share of local voice, which measures how visible a brand is in their local market compared to its competition. For instance, if your share of local voice is 20%, that means you’ll only show up in the top three Google search results 20% of the time which means you’re invisible to online searchers.
As you can see in the graph below, Unbridled’s Share of Local Voice rose from 61% to 98%. That means Unbridled shows up in the top three Google search results 98% of the time!
